After the success of my remote workouts throughout lockdown, I have decided to keep my Wednesday midday class online!
All you have to do is get in touch before 9am on the Wednesday morning and I’ll send you the link to take part. Each class is £5 and it is something different every week.
It’s a great way to get moving half way through ‘hump day’ and reclaim your lunch hour.
