Some people assume that Personal Trainers are superhumans that can do any kind of physical challenge. I can’t. I can’t even complete a set of monkey bars.⠀

I have a client who competes in Ironman events, I’ve never done an open water swim, never mind a triathlon!⠀
⠀
I have another client who races cars and trains to be fitter than his competition. Let’s not get started on my driving skills.⠀

Here is what I can do though:⠀
⭐️ Devise tailored training programmes that are realistic, structured and fun to help you meet whatever targets you have.⠀
⭐️ Explain to you why you are doing the movements prescribed and how they help you to reach your goal.⠀
⭐️ Keep you accountable to make sure you achieve your dreams.⠀
⭐️ Make sure all exercises are being done with correct form and technique to avoid injury and ensure the full benefit of the workout is reached.⠀
⭐️ Motivate you to achieve your maximum potential.⠀

My job isn’t to be able to do everything, it’s to encourage you to do anything.
