During lockdown 2.0 I’m introducing not one, but TWO online classes every week.⠀
Join me at midday on a Wednesday and/or 9.30am on a Thursday via Zoom for a fun, bodyweight based workout starting Thursday, 5th November.⠀
All you have to do is DM/Whatsapp/email/FB message me by 9am that day and I’ll send you the link for that session.⠀
I understand that everyone’s financial situation is different at this difficult time so each class will be run on a donation basis. You can give as little or as much as you like, or nothing at all. ⠀
I want to help keep everybody moving as it’s such a huge factor for our mental health, plus it’d be lovely to see some of your faces while we’re in lockdown 😊⠀
